Hospitality Assistant

Working within a high profile, prestigious site, the hospitality department caters for high profile events and hospitality. Events can range from small intimate numbers to large scale. This is a varied role where high levels of customer service is essential.
As the Hospitality Assistant, you will be
* working alongside the Hospitality Management team to maintain the level of service
* ensuring all events and functions run smoothly
* serving on hospitality events
* supporting with bookings and hospitality orders
* working on your own at times
Working hours are 5/7 (mainly Monday to Friday but weekends can be included), approx. 40/45 hours per week.
Due to location, it is preferable to have own mode of transport as there is extremely limited public transport to the site.
To be considered as a candidate, you will be
* a passionate Hospitality Assistant with a proven career background with hospitality catering
* experienced within hotels or premium restaurant catering
* extremely attentive to detail with an excellent eye for presentation
* able to communicate at all levels in a friendly but professional manner
* passionate about customer service
* flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
* energetic and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry
