About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in recruitment within the manufacturing/industrial/engineering sector. New Business Development is an important part of this role, so the successful candidate will have proven experience of driving business growth and bringing on new clients, ideally within within a similar industry, alongside sourcing and qualifying candidate


Essential Skills

Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within manufacturing, engineering or industrial recruitment
Deep understanding of the manufacturing sector, including industry dynamics, key players and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
