We need a strong Structural Engineer that has managerial skills to lead a department that has a wealth of experience across concrete repair works & structural engineering.

We need someone that can lead the team of engineers, draughtsman & technicians in the DXB office. This person will be flexible with travel to sites to meet clients needs and wishes to hit business targets.

He or she will have the strength within civil & structural engineering to add value at pre & post contract award.  This person will roll the sleeves up and lead from the front setting the example as a real leader. This person maybe presenting to a client in the morning and then handling calculations and finite elements for designs in the afternoon. This person wont only be desk bound so confidence and presentation skills are key !

Skills needed 

• Strong communication & presentation skills needed
• 8 Years relevant experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) or an equivalently recognized
• Master’s or PhD degree in civil or structural engineering
• Advanced knowledge of concrete deterioration mechanisms
• Clear Experience of concrete repair design
• Able to problem solve , think outside the box and have proactive solutions
• Clear strength in BIM, REVIT & AUTOCAD, SAP2000 , RISA & STAAD
• Methodical & analytical approach to work
