Our client an established Quantity Surveying chatered practice is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor due to sustained, organic growth with existing clients. If required, the client will put you through your APC of which they have a 100% success rate.

Operating across multiple sectors including prime residential, commercial, education, hotels, heritage, public buildings and religious buildings. Projects values range from £100k - £50m. 

The Position

As Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in a full range of pre and post-contract services including but not limited to:

• Cost planning
• Budget preparation
• Cash flow forecasting 
• Tendering 
• Valuation
• Final accounts 

To be considered for the role of Quantity Surveyor 

• Candidates will be RICS qualified or equivalent, or two years associated RICS
• Experienced in providing a full spectrum of PQS services 
• Experienced in JCT Contract Formation
• Final account negotiation
• Estimation and cost planning
• Strong client-facing ability and communication skills
• Good IT skills and ability to use measurement software
• Team player – enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and is a positive contributor
