Software Developer (Java) | Birmingham/Warrington | Hybrid | Up to 12% Bonus + Car/Allowance

We are looking for a mid-level software developer who is experienced with Jakarta EE / Java EE or Java to join our client's FTSE 100 business.

You will be part of a growing team delivering industry leading web and mobile applications.

This is a full-stack role but we are interested in hearing from people who have strong experience with Java, particularly Jakarta EE or Spring / Spring Boot. The role will be mostly remote but candidates are required onsite twice a month in Birmingham or Warrington.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust applications
• Understand business requirements and translate to technical specifications
• Implement new features and functionality
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Contribute to Agile working
• Ensure future reliability and scalability

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 3-4 years fullstack experience
• Jakarta EE or strong Java skills
• Spring / Spring Boot
• HTML / CSS
• TypeScript / Angular
• Database development e.g. SQL
