As a Workplace Ambassador, you will be at the heart of our placemaking culture, acting as a key ambassador in delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our client.

Job Description

In this role, you'll collaborate with the workplace experience team to curate an environment that enhances well-being, boosts productivity, and strengthens company culture.

Your focus will be on driving the customer touchpoint journey, ensuring that every interaction is positive and impactful. You will actively seek out opportunities to improve on-site service experiences and introduce new initiatives aligned with the client strategy.

Your efforts will help create a workplace that our end users are excited to be part of, making a lasting difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to deliver the unexpected to our colleagues through customer service & events
  • Be a natural host and can make guests and colleagues feel at home within our buildings
  • Main point of contact for all client's colleague on the floor and in the lobby; answer questions, help with rec like any 5 star concierge (from technology, food services, events, wellness schedule etc.)
  • Support the workplace Lead in making decisions regarding the operational and processes to engage for the colleague experience
  • Develop relationships and capture guests & colleague's individual preferences for future visits and think creatively of ways to accommodate any special requests
  • Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between colleagues, including neighbourhood introductions, event support and wellness moments etc
  • Undertake tours of the entire building while stating facts and having a positive demeanor
  • Conduct periodic review and revision of building documents for your respective floor developing and amend as required

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
  • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Motivated, committed and flexible
  • Health & Safety understanding
  • Must be customer focused, organised, and professional
  • Ability to work in a team environment
