Head of Marketing- Fixed Term Contract - London/ hybrid
A fantastic opportunity to join a luxury tour operator group, specialising in tailormade and bespoke ski and cycling holidays. They are seeking an experienced Marketing manager to join their team on a 14-month fixed term contract.

Head of Marketing Responsibilities:

• Creating and developing the yearly marketing plan
• Managing a team of 5, across 2 brands
• Working closely with the marketing director and digital marketing manager to implement strategies to increase website traffic
• Liaising with heads of departments across the business
• Implementing and overseeing all customer journey automations, to ensure they are inline with the business's objective
• Management of the marketing budget and monitor all marketing activities

Head of Marketing Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong experience as a Marketing manager for a tour operator or within the travel industry
• Experience in working in a B2C marketing role
• Management experience, leading a small team
• Ability to manage multiple brands
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong knowledge or experience in ski holidays
• Dynamic and able to work in face paced environment
• Target driven, focused and motivated
