As a Telesales Representative, you will be highly motivated with great customer service skills to support all requests from customers calling, with a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you will need to be organised and ensure all customers are dealt with completely.

General responsibilities:

• Deal with all finance applications, making sure they are completed correctly.
• Take deposits from customers making sure there details given are correct.
• Booking qualified appointments for all dealerships.
• Grow your knowledge of the products and brands so that you can be more effective with customer questions.
• Smash all sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.

To be considered you must have:

• 1-year minimum previous experience in a telesales, preferably also motor trade experience but not essential.
• Great communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability.
• Works well under pressure.
• A great eye for detail.
• A proper petrol head with a passion to learning about our vehicles
