Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in line with the school's curriculum.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Adapting to different classroom settings and age groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
- Following lesson plans and marking work as required.
- Supporting the development of pupils' skills and knowledge, helping them to reach their full potential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary schools, ideally across different year groups.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students quickly.
- A flexible, positive, and professional approach to working in different schools.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
