An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bedded home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience as a Manager within residential childcare, particularly with children with EBD

- A strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and the ability to meet high standards of care

- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team

- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent

- Dedication to making a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children
