Teaching Assistant Job Description:
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for all students
- Collaborate with the class teacher to design and implement tailored lessons
- Work alongside colleagues and specialists to meet the individual needs of each student
- Provide support and guidance to help enhance students' social and emotional wellbeing
- Ensure the safety and overall welfare of every student
- The role will be working across the school in KS1 & KS2 claases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective multi-agency working
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
