Job Position: Building Surveyor
Salary: £35-55,000
Location: Exeter
An established Property Consultancy need a Building Surveyor to join their expanding Exeter-based team! This leading consultancy offer a healthy social environment and comprehensive package to their employees. You will work on exciting and innovative projects in a range of sectors across the South-West, including listed buildings, industrial buildings, schools, commercial properties, and more! Work individually and collectively as a valued member of a fantastic building surveying team in Exeter.

Your Building Surveying duties include professional and legal consultancy, including advising on dilapidations, party wall matters, liabilities, and expert witness. You will also undertake surveys and reports for pre-acquisition, life cycle appraisal, maintenance planning, due diligence, and strategic review. You will undertake construction and building project consultancy, such as project management and cost administration.
