An established Property Consultancy need a Building Surveyor to join their expanding Exeter-based team! Your Building Surveying duties include professional and legal consultancy, including advising on dilapidations, party wall matters, liabilities, and expert witness. You will also undertake surveys and reports for pre-acquisition, life cycle appraisal, maintenance planning, due diligence, and strategic review. You will undertake construction and building project consultancy, such as project management and cost administration.
