£55,000 - £65,000/annum plus package

My client are a UK leading contractor delivering major facades projects throughout the country. They have worked on some of the most illustrious projects in the UK, gaining an excellent reputation for delivering high quality services.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on major façades schemes across the North West area.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to budget. Your duties will include:

  • Cost control and value management strategies.
  • Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
  • Manage cash flow.
  • Manage subcontractor payments.
  • Provide guidance on contractual issues.
  • Variation Account and forecast final accounts.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within the cladding / facades sector (Desirable)
  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying/or similar (HNC, etc) (Desirable)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
