We are looking for an Enfranchisement Solicitor with 2-3 years of PQE to join a thriving practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enfranchisement law and a desire to grow their career within a supportive and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of enfranchisement, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
  • Prepare applications for the First-tier Property Tribunal and manage cases through the tribunal process.
  • Attend tribunal hearings and County Court proceedings related to claims made under the 1993 Act.
  • Assist with Right to Manage claims and service charge disputes.
  • Engage in general property management matters.
  • Manage a high volume of applications effectively and efficiently.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and marketing strategies to promote the enfranchisement practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE, ideally with a focus on property law.
  • Comprehensive understanding of enfranchisement, including experience with the 1993 Act.
  • Proven experience preparing and attending tribunal hearings.
  • Familiarity with Right to Manage claims and service charge disputes is a plus.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of applications is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with a strong interest in business development and marketing.
