Finance Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support a Finance department. If you have experience in a similar role or are familiar with eBilling processes and are eager for an opportunity to grow, this could be the perfect position for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uploading eBills into our eBilling portals/eBilling hub.
- Addressing eBilling queries promptly
- Managing rejections to ensure timely resubmission.
- Updating third-party vendor sites with timekeepers and rates.
- Coordinating accruals, reporting, and budgets for client portals.
- Managing workload via the eBilling inbox.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a finance related role for up to 1 year is desirable.
- Strong numeracy skills with excellent eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
