Mobile Engineering Supervisor

£45,000 + Van (Can use for personal use) + Fuel Card + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to work across a portfolio of commercial office buildings, across Bolton, Manchester and surrounding areas, for one of the leading FM companies.

This is a full-time permanent role where you will receive a salary of £45,000

The Engineering Supervisor role will entail:

• Working Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, across a portfolio of commercial office buildings, covering the Bolton, Manchester areas and surrounding. 
• 70% off the tools - overseeing contractors, issuing permits, RAMS, overseeing a small team of multi-skilled mobile engineers, driving performance, ensuring SLA's are being met, overseeing stat compliance, meeting with the client, being the lead technical support for the region. 
• 30% on the tools - supporting with planned and reactive maintenance duties including: Emergency light tests, fire alarm checks, water temperature checks & tap flushing, generator checks, working on commercial lighting, power and sockets. Checking all the AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing repairs and any general building maintenance requesting including fabric and decoration.

What you'll need to succeed in this Engineering Supervisor role:

• Experience in a similiar role to the above, ideally within facilities / property maintenance / building services.
• Hold Level 3 Electrical and 18th edition. 
• Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus
