Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Support nursing staff with clinical duties.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Assist other healthcare assistants.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK (1 year + preferred)
• Active Social Care Wales Registration
• NVQ in Health and Social Care is preferred.
• Valid DBS on the update service (One can be processed through Hoop if needed)
• Current mandatory training certificates. (We can provide training if your current training is out of date)
