My client is a forward-thinking Auction business, looking for a Business Development Executive, to join their successful sales team and be part of their fun, collaborative culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in either Prop-tech or in the property sector, and will have that winning spirit and relentless drive to support the business.  

You will report to the Head of Sales and Senior Business Development Executive who will provide all the coaching and training to enable you to reach your full potential and flourish in your role. 

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Effortlessly generate and cultivate your own leads and customer portfolio.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Provide KPI reports to the SBDE and Head of Sales.
  • Support marketing and technology initiatives.
  • Field Sales (National).
  • Maintain efficient and effective work methodologies, always adhering to company standards and procedures.
Skills and Experience
  • At least 2 years of Business Development or sales experience – we prefer experienced candidates.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, when interacting with the public.
  • Proficiency in analysing market and industry trends.
  • A keen sense of commercial awareness.
  • Maintains a professional and courteous demeanour when dealing with colleagues and clients.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results.
  • Capable of skill development
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional prioritization abilities.
  • Confidence and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Proficient in listening and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates outstanding presentation capabilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Our client’s office is conveniently located in central Birmingham.
