It's 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.

Role Overview:
Selecti Global is seeking a skilled and analytical E-commerce Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic Customer Experience team. In this role, you will focus on improving the performance and functionality of our website and supporting key e-commerce projects. You will monitor website performance, manage and resolve reported issues, and assist with the successful testing and deployment of new projects.
This role will also involve using key tools such as New Relic and Adobe Target to monitor customer behavior and optimize their shopping experience through data-driven improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with various teams, including development and design, to scope and brief new projects that will enhance our platform's capabilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understood terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvement based on findings.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly, with a strong focus on customer impact and attention to detail.
Experience using New Relic for performance monitoring and Adobe Target for A/B testing and optimization.
Proficiency in JIRA or a similar task management tool to track and resolve issues efficiently.
A solid understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape, with experience in website management and customer experience optimization.
Familiarity with Magento (desirable) and previous involvement in e-commerce project creation and deployment.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
