Mission: 

•    Accountable for the tracking of the delivery of new and upgrade orders to site.
•    Attend weekly update meetings/calls with vendors as required.
•    Work with Suppliers and client counterparts to clear and agree wayleave and access and design issues where required
•    Attend update calls with Client and vendors.
•    Ensure that enablement HOP have been uploaded into client database and management tools, actual upload to be done by enablement team. 
•    Ensure comms completion certs are uploaded into client database and management tools
•    Work with client to ensure lines ceased are updated in required systems
•    Work with DM/ ADC and TX suppliers to co-ordinate and Manage Lift and Shift or Hot swap requirements on an event basis.
•    Ensure all forecasts accurate and delivered in time.

Summary of key tasks

•    Monitor and track the delivery from order to completion through regular vendor meetings.
•    Review the output from the Multi Skilled Visit (MSV) with vendor.
•    Review proposed power and accommodation solutions within planning and detailed design drawings once issued and approved in client database and management tools.
•    Liaise with design and build manager (Stage 1) for acquisition updates to ascertain how soon a site could legally be enabled for transmission.
•    Confirm and record solutions with each Stage Project team.
•    Monitor client milestone (Site accessed).
•    Confirm and track orders have been placed with the Tx Supplier by the client Business Provisioning team and can be progressed
•    Monitor Vendor progress, 
•    Accurately forecast and update where required each stage completion dates in client database and management tools, (automated upload facility will be available to transfer dates from client database and management tools), whilst recording detailed status updates of progress.
•    Confirm Enablement has been completed and the relevant HOP is produced and has been uploaded to client database and management tools ready for issue to the Vendor.
•    Record enablement completion and report it back to the Enablement Manager.
•    Attend vendor weekly update meetings and record all updates onto client database and management tools, an automated upload facility will be available to transfer dates from database to client management tooling.
•    Record IP VLAN information in client database and management tools.
•    Claim complete in client database and management tools.

•    Controlling, reporting and optimizing delivery in alignment with relevant Project Management processes e.g. time management, cost management, scope management, quality and Health & Safety.
•    Be astute in managing Third party suppliers KPI and SLA requirements
