Are you a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with experience in adult mental health care? We’re looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team in Manchester and contribute to making a real difference in the lives of adults facing mental health challenges!

A Glimpse Into Your Day as a CPN in the Adult Team:

In this essential role, you’ll provide comprehensive care and support to adults in the community. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Home Visits: Conducting regular assessments and check-ins with adult patients to evaluate their mental health needs.
  • Medication Management: Administering prescribed medications and ensuring treatment adherence.
  • Support and Communication: Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand patients' challenges, providing emotional support, and monitoring their progress.
  • Risk Assessment: Performing thorough risk assessments to ensure the safety of patients and those around them, creating a secure environment for their treatment.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registration as a mental health nurse (RMN).
  • Proven experience with adult mental health in a community setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care for adult patients.
