 With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, within Residential, Commercial, Conservation, Education and Sports & Leisure. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

• Develop and present design concepts for a range of projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in sustainable design practices.

Qualifications required for this Architect role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
