**What We're Looking For:**
- 3+ years of experience in joinery & project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team player with a keen eye for detail and a desire to grow.
**Desirable Skills:**
- Leadership experience, Health & Safety qualifications, and experience in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
