They are passionate about creating engaging and impactful learning experiences that learners find informative and are easy to use. If you're an experienced eLearning Developer with a creative edge and a strong command of Storyline 360, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* eLearning Development: Transform digital designs into interactive, user-friendly, and visually compelling eLearning modules using Storyline 360, Rise, and other Articulate tools.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Attend stakeholder briefings and meetings, contributing your expertise to ensure that creative ideas are effectively translated into high-quality learning solutions.
* Content Creation: Design and develop digital learning courses, quizzes, assessments, and interactive activities that captivate and educate learners.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure all learning content meets the highest standards of excellence and provides the maximum learning experience.
* File Management: Oversee the export, delivery, and uploading of eLearning content to Moodle.
* Visual Design: Assist in creating visually appealing images, illustrations, infographics, and other digital assets that enhance the learning experience.
* Project Management: Maintain up-to-date project plans, ensuring that deadlines are met consistently and that projects stay within budget.
* Product Research: Stay at the forefront of eLearning by researching the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital learning, gamification, and learning technologies.
* Team Support: Provide digital learning expertise to others in UKAEA who wish to create their own eLearning.

* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Storyline 360, Rise, and a solid understanding of Moodle and the technical requirements for eLearning files.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about learning design, delivering creative solutions that meet briefs, adhere to budget constraints, and are delivered on time.
* Project Management Skills: The ability to plan and manage own work and deliver learning projects on time.
