Our Client based in Nottingham looking for an experienced Office Administrator

Main Duties

As an Office Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for supporting the planning function. This will involve generating, scheduling, and coordinating the production plan, ensuring relevant standard operating procedures are up to date and support in the collation of operational information, reports, and metrics.

You will also work closely with our Distribution teams to ensure that all the outgoing deliveries are booked into achievable slots, communicating any delays and the new revised expectations and being a general point of contact.

  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to be able to collate and present information and data
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
  • You will need to be committed and willing to learn as we will provide all the training you will require to be a success.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role (Desirable not essential)
  • Experience and understanding of production planning and scheduling
  • Experience of working with a fast-paced manufacturing environment
