A global multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a focused Senior Building Surveyor to join their vibrant Leeds team.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will ideally come from a Building Surveying background but have extensive project delivery experience, either currently working a more project focused role or having moved into a Project Management capacity.

In this role, the successful Senior Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a wide range of exciting projects, working with high-profile clients across sectors including office, industrial, retail, education, leisure, residential and mixed-use.

This is an ideal role for a dynamic Senior Building Surveyor who's looking to develop their project experience, within a creative and collaborative consultancy environment.

The Senior Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally have extensive project delivery experience, across a number of commercial property sectors.

• MRICS qualification is preferred
• Ideally 3-5+ years' consultancy experience
• Specific project management experience is a bonus but not essential
