We are currently recruiting for supply Nursery Practitioners due to the high demand in nurseries on a short-term basis based in Birmingham. You will need to be passionate about childrens’ learning. The clients we work with are dedicated to shaping young minds and revolutionising early childhood education in the UK. They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of all our children.

Nursery Nurse Duties:
- Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
- Adhere to the EYFS
- Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children
- Strong communication with parents, professionals and colleagues
- Be responsible for assessing and reviewing the children’s development
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
- Coordinating with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding education experiences through practical and theoretical activities
Nursery Nurse Requirements:
- Full and relevant level 2 (or above) childcare qualification
- 6 months experience in a UK childcare setting within the last 2 years
- Paediatric First Aid (preferred, but not essential)
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
- A child-centred approach to your work
