FM Hard Services Contracts manager

A leading Building Services Maintenance Contractor based in Kent are looking for a FM Hard Services Contracts Manager to further expand the team. They have established contracts / clients with universities, sporting grounds, hospitals, local authority's and private sector with a turnover up and over £40 million.

As the successful FM Hard Services Contracts Manager

• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be managing their own WIP / reporting on activity and remedial works with clients
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be managing and being responsible for your own P&L sheet
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be Developing relationships new clients / facilities managers, end clients
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be overseeing and running commercial Building Services Maintenance Contracts
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be leading a team carrying out building Services Maintenance PPM and reactive maintenance on all HVAC plant and hard services within commercial sized buildings for local authorities, universities, NHS trusts and Private Sector FM's.
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be paid up to £60k basic dependent on experience + Car allowance and travel card + Bonus

To qualify for the FM Hard Services Contracts Manager

• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be experienced in managing multiple contracts, looking after a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers as well as Fabric Technicians
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be experienced in managing your own P&L sheet
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be Experienced managing a portfolio value of at least £1 mil+
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be from a technical background either electrical or mechanical
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will be within easy access to London as the contracts are all within the M25
• FM Hard Services Contracts manager will have full UK driving licence
