More about your role 

You'll play a key role in shaping and driving contract frameworks that meet the Group's evolving needs, all while ensuring value for money through smart procurement strategies. Leading strategic contract processes, you'll be at the forefront of major decision-making, preparing and evaluating tenders, and guiding key meetings. Your financial insights will help steer performance, as you contribute to dynamic budgeting and project planning. With a proactive approach, you'll manage frameworks and strategic relationships with our partner contractors, tackle challenges head-on, and deliver impactful solutions that drive success and efficiency across the board.

For this role you will spend the majority of your time working from home however there will be a level of travel involved around twice a month.

More About you 

You'll be an essential force within the team, bringing sharp project, contract, and cost management skills to drive success. Your strong commercial instincts, combined with technical expertise and negotiation prowess, will empower you to make confident, impactful decisions. With a proactive, problem-solving mindset, you'll prioritize the customer experience while ensuring efficient, effective outcomes. Your dynamic communication skills, paired with IT savvy, will allow you to influence and engage a wide range of audiences. Ideally, you'll also bring experience in managing contracts in a construction setting, along with a keen understanding of industry systems, contracts, and pricing strategies, ready to tackle complex challenges head-on.
