Technical Unified Communications Specialist

My Client are a dynamic scale up Tech business. Offering cloud based integrated communication solutions around Microsoft Technologies. Currently due to continued expansion and success are looking to bolster their team with a unique individual, Technically capable and commercially competent with a flair for getting results. Probably what you know you already are currently, but your current employer cant see it or your potential?

This role will offer the successful individual the opportunity to develop themselves and grow their career offering a clear path to progress being instrumental on winning and implementing Technical unified communications projects.

This individual will be involved in senior technical installs but also be the individual to talk to clients about anything technical, the arm around them when they have something important to ask, the go to person for anything meaningful but needing a voice of technical seniority coupled with commercial vision, not just a person that gets a ticket and fixes it, the flag bearer for the company being an integral part of their technical team.

This role will be working with clients in the States/UK and Europe and with that comes the responsibility for technical issues and matters also demos/demonstration of products and services whilst being a technical linchpin for your reports too.

Candidates ideally should have:

1) IT Degree or IT Qualification with comprehensive experience in a senior IT support or  similar position with a knowledge or desire to work in U/C and Microsoft teams environments essential in particular anyone with skills in Teams Deployment or voice for Teams, both a huge advantage.

2) Be highly motivated to develop yourself both technically with aspirations to be a senior manager/director. 

3) Constantly thinking outside the box for better ways to manage, to deliver, to maximise resources and skills.

4) A technically proficient presenter with a commercial brain

5) Not afraid of change (scale up business's constantly evolve)

6) Able or willing to start quickly.

7) Someone looking for the next step, someone that's constantly given to an employer and been overlooked, someone that genuinely wants a fast track to a Directorship with meaningful responsibility.

8) Pssibly a senior UC specialist/Solution engineer or UC Architect.

9) Microsoft 365/Skype for business and teams knowledge advantageous

10) Any Microsoft technical qualifications desired.
