This business is the fastest growing within their sector, a well-known global business that operates across the world. A remote-first business with offices across the world, with one in London.

A provider of roundtable events, peer-to-peer learning programmes and much more, this business provides events on a monthly basis across the globe.
This is a chance for people to put their heads together, talk about their wins, challenges and work environment, a real opportunity to learn from others do the role they are also in.

These events provide a real insight and value to those who attend, it’s why their clients are asking for more and more to be put on.

Internal progression is key for this business, it’s why there are so many open roles, due to promotions, we now need to find others to come in.

The Positions

There are several sales positions that open within this business, they’re listed below.
  • - Sponsorship Sales Executive - £30k-£40k
  • - Sponsorship Sales Manager (non management) - £40k-£50k
  • - Sponsorship Sales Manager (management) - £40k-£50k
These role are all heavily focused on outbound prospecting through a variety of channels, it’s not all phone based. You’ll use a mixture of cold-calling, inbound leads, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, email and much more.

We’re looking for sales professionals who love business development, know how to correctly engage with their audiences and then account manage from there.

The more senior the role, the more responsibility. Naturally, a Sales Manager and above will be looking to get the very best out of their team. Identify skill gaps within the team, motivate when and where needed and focus on the development and profitability of their team.

With the ambitions clear for this business, there’s an abundance of opportunity for those who come in during 2024.

These roles are 100% remote, however, with a office in London, some do go in when they want – it’s completely down to you.

Event experience isn’t essential, however, business development / lead generation experience is. Coming from a conference and 1 to 1 meeting backgrounds will be a plus.  

Own equipment is needed, however, relevant software is provided to use for the position. i.e – crm, phone software, email, Microsoft licenses
