Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to represent our company in the East Midlands region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clients receive high-quality products and excellent service. You will conduct seating assessments, product demonstrations, and training sessions, prioritizing client needs while maintaining professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct seating assessments in homes, care homes, and hospitals across the East Midlands, specializing in assessment chairs, bariatric chairs, and beds.
• Support chair and bed deliveries, including assisting with upstairs installations when required.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, particularly prescribers.
• Manage your schedule to ensure all parts and equipment are available for scheduled jobs.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities and support product development initiatives.
• Regularly engage in video conferences and attend in-person meetings at head office.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, ensuring it meets quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• A-level qualification or equivalent (desirable).
• Experience in sales and working independently, with knowledge of the relevant products or industry.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Good ICT skills.
• A full, clean UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel and stay overnight if needed.
• Ideally located in the East Midlands for maximum travel efficiency.
