Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to support the engine build line
  • Assist in the lifting and moving of components and engines
  • Adhere to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall operational excellence
  • Take on additional duties that contribute to the performance of the line

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Manual handling
  • Lifting and slinging
  • Cranes
  • Strong safety and quality-driven mindset
  • Proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach
  • Experience with manual handling and teamwork
  • Ability to use lifting machinery (onsite refresh training will be provided)
  • Valid Driving Licence with less than 6 points

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of cranes and lifting techniques
