The role - Teaching Assistant

We are looking for x5 Teaching Assistants to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEN school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers and professionals to provide personalised assistance to students, both in and outside of the classroom.

The role is to support SEMH students across secondary year groups and promote positive behaviour and engagement with their educational journey.
