Job Title: HVAC Project Manager

Location: Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Company Car (Electric Option) + Benefits

The Business:

Well-established specialist contractor of over 50 years, delivering high-quality air conditioning, ventilation and HVAC solutions across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sectors. With a strong reputation for project delivery from £100k-£500k to include laboratories, factories, offices, schools etc.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer or Contracts Manager to oversee and lead multiple projects from receiving a customer’s order through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Requirements:

· Proven experience in HVAC, Ventilation and Air Conditioning project management within commercial and industrial sectors

· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities

· Overseeing labour requirements and schedules

· Experience with budget management, project planning, and resource coordination

· Ability to work with longstanding subcontractor teams and internal staff

· Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, health and safety
