Job Title: KS2 Primary Teacher (Part Time)

Salary: £150 - £212 per day

TeacherActive is delighted to be working with a thriving community primary school based in Derbyshire (DE11). The school is looking to take on a part time supply teacher to support them on a day to day basis. The successful applicant will have exceptional knowledge of Key Stage 2 curriculum and experience working in primary schools and supporting a diverse group of pupils.

The successful applicant will need to meet requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils' development. They will support children in overcoming challenges and learning barriers and help them learn from their mistakes in a positive manner.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / QTS (ECT’s are also welcome)
• Previous teaching experience in Key Stage 2
• Excellent ICT skills
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Detailed lesson preparation and planning
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum (KS2)
