Business Solution Designer – Homebased - £70,000-£80,000

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Solution Designer to join our clients growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Solution Architecture or Programme Management from a sales or bid work environment. If you have a deep understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and can effectively engage with technical teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is not a technical role, but you will need to have technical conversations and work closely with technical designers, as well as possess a solid understanding of AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of business solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and align with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with technical designers and stakeholders to create comprehensive business solutions.
• Engage in BPO processes, ensuring an in-depth understanding of outsourcing services and their impact on business solutions.
• Support sales teams in responding to bids, RFPs, and client proposals, ensuring that proposed solutions are viable and effective.
• Facilitate and lead technical conversations with both internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Understand and incorporate AWS capabilities in designing business solutions, leveraging cloud services when necessary.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure solution implementation and delivery meets expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Solution Architecture or Programme Management, particularly in sales or bid environments.
• Strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working alongside technical designers and being able to engage in technical conversations.
• A solid understanding of AWS and how it can be applied to business solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
