Production Operative

Our client is a leading company in the asphalt and concrete industry and they are looking for a production operative to work in Rugby on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities -
- Operate the factory in a safe and environmentally efficient manner in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Ensure efficient cost operation and production of admixtures.
- Unload and load curtain sided trailers using a telehandler FLT.
- Package admixtures into relevant containers.
- Factory production testing.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
Skills Required:
- Experience in meeting safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Experience in using IT. SAP knowledge desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of handling chemicals.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and telephone manners.
- Relevant industrial operations background.
- Working alone or as part of a team.
- Telehandler FLT license desirable.
