Responsibilities;
- DBS Applications and renewals for new and current staff
- Applying and updating DBS records for (phone number removed) employees
- Contacting employees for personal information and ID documents
- Accurate and timey data input
- Auditing documents and files
- Filing
- Using multiple IT systems
- Working alongside the HR team for any additional tasks in relation to on boarding documents
