A fantastic Sales & Events Manager position has become available for an independent Hospitality company with 4 venues based across Birmingham.

Currently within this already successful company... events currently account for a small portion of the overall revenue. This role would be highly suited to someone who has experience in increasing event sales within hospitality and experience of hands-on delivery.

Sales & Events Manager job in Birmingham, Job Overview:

• Overseeing the end-to-end process from sales, planning and execution of events.
• Sales/ business development to increase the events revenue.
• Manage the organisation and planning of events, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements etc.
• While the focus of this job is the ability to generate and develop the events business within the company, a passion for hands on delivery is still important. While you won’t be required to deliver every single event start to finish… you will still have some involvement, which may also include training others on the delivery of events.
• Events can range from Weddings, Social gathering, Conference & Banqueting, Business Meetings etc.

• Experience of increasing revenue/business levels related to events in hospitality.
• Wedding planning or delivery experience is highly beneficial.
