We have an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join our award-winning nursery as a Nursery Deputy Manager.

This is a brand-new position. The successful candidate will work along aside our experienced Nursery Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager. This a great opportunity for our existing management team to support and guide you in your new role, whilst also providing the opportunity for you to help develop new ideas and professional development, to ensure we continue provide the best possible childcare for our children and families. 

This role is for a full time Nursery Deputy Manager. You will be able to choose from a minimum of 30 hours per week to up to 40 hrs per week, and either a 4 or 5-day week. We also ensure all of our team have the consistency of set hours to ensure the best possible work-life balance.

We are looking for someone who is confident to lead others and has a passion in providing a fun and loving day for our children, ensuring they have the best possible start to life. You must hold a minimum childcare/early years educator Level 3 qualification.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum level 3 early years educator or equivalent
• Experience and a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
• Leadership experience and confidence in leading others

Job Type: Full-time 4 or 5-day week (Choose from between 30 – 40hrs per week)

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
