Position:
Account Manager / Production Controller for the Print and Point-of-Sale industry
Salary:
34-38K
The Company:
My client specialises in B1, B2, Small and Large Format Digital
Hours:
Monday – Friday - 9:00am – 17:00pm
The Role:
- Support their clients sales and production team.
- Process client orders to their key clients.
- Working with clients and colleagues to the agreed specification.
- Raise job bags with the correct information and ensuring they’re up to date.
- Liaising with production to ensure work is progressing in a timely manner.
- Using all aspects of the clients Management Information System to assist in the efficient performance in their business.
- Place orders with the clients’ suppliers and working with them to ensure they meet their clients’ expectations.
- The preparation of labels, delivery notes, load up sheets and delivery details to achieve the agreed delivery date.
- The preparation of invoices to ensure that their have a purchase order and cover all appropriate costs and any extras.
Requirements:
- A full understanding of print and production processes
- Able to work unsupervised
- Able ability to manage a busy schedule
- Able to liaise with client and production teams
- Able to ensure that their projects are delivered on time
- Have a good overview of work in hand
