Groundworker - Winchester, SO23 

VGC Group are looking for experienced Groundworker to start on a project in Winchester. 

Role: Groundworker

Location: Winchester

Hours: 10 hour shifts 

Contract: Long term 

Experience: 2 years +

Qualifications: CSCS Blue NVQ LVL 2 Groundworker Card, Safety Critical Medical, must have own transport

Groundworker with suitable experience

Your role as a Groundworker will be based in Winchester and will consist of:

• Full understanding of duties required for ground works.
• Capable of working to instruction with minimal supervision as part of a team.
• Experience in the site preparation for, bases, foundations and trenches.
• Understanding of drainage, kerbing and slabbing.
• Understanding of working in and around plant.
• Experience in excavating foundations.
• A high level of HSQE awareness.

You will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria have been met.
