Description
The role of French Speaking Recruiter will work as part of a wider HR/Recruitment function and take responsibility for a portfolio of vacancies, managing the full recruitment life cycle providing an excellent candidate experience.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for various stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
- Communicate regularly with HR team and hiring managers
- Conduct interviews and screening processes for potential candidates
- Enhance job postings to attract candidates
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Proactively sourcing applicants and talent pipelining
Profile
Suitable applicants for this role will be:
- Fluent in both French and English
- Proven experience in recruitment, either agency or in house settings
