Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our dynamic environment while supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
- Support order processing by entering data accurately into our computer systems.
- Help coordinate deliveries and maintain communication with customers regarding their orders.
- Assist in managing calendars and scheduling appointments for assessments and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
