Salary: £70K+ Package (higher for exceptional candidates)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team on a large-scale Battery Factory project in Bridgewater, Somerset. This exciting opportunity offers a long-term position on a major construction project that will run for several years.
The Role:
- The successful candidate will have the flexibility to specialise in either mechanical or electrical aspects, or bring experience from both specialisms.
- As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and financial control to ensure project efficiency and profitability.
Key Experience Required:
- Clean rooms
- Pre-fab modular construction
- Sprinkler systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Electrical/Mechanical Valve Lockout Stations (EVLS)
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have relevant experience within mechanical or electrical QS roles, with large-scale projects under their belt.
- Be comfortable commuting or driving to the Bridgewater site.
- Have a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
