We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team working within a residential setting.

Colchester - Surrounding area's
Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centres care and support to adults with disabilities
- Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication administration
- Facilitating social and recreational activities to promote independence and well-being
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- PMVA Training certificate.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards providing support.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
