We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team in maintaining and repairing vehicles and machinery in the Falkland Islands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of mechanical tasks using hand and power tools, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment.

Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles and machinery- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition- Use welding, soldering, and fabrication techniques to repair parts- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively

Assemble and disassemble machinery for maintenance or repair- Utilise forklifts to move heavy equipment safely Experience:- Proven experience in mechanical repairs and maintenance- Proficiency in welding, soldering, and fabrication techniques- Ability to read and understand schematics for electrical systems- Competence in using both power tools and hand tools effectively.
