Gas Engineer

Location: Sheffield / South Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum plus van and overtime

TS Recruitment is working with a well-established Plumbing and Heating business that is expanding its team due to company growth.

What's on Offer:

• Competitive base salary of around £33,000 per annum
• Company van and fuel
• Overtime for hours worked beyond 40 per week, some Saturdays are available but totally at your discretion, (if you don't want to work them you don't have to!)
• 20days paid annual leave, plus bank holidays
• No need to go in office daily, get in you van and off you go
• 3% employer pension contributionsafter qualifying period

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend domestic properties in South Yorkshire to carry out planned and reactive work
• Work will include installing new boilers, breakdowns and all domestic gas work
• Boiler checks and servicing
• Work is mainly for letting agents and private clients
• Using a company tablet download workload and routes daily
• Some additional work non gas related may be required such as changing taps/ showers.
• Completeall associatedpaperwork and sign off work
• Liaisewith the admin team to order materials and advise on any issues
• Work will be mainly around South Yorkshirewith some travel to West Yorkshire for holiday cover etc.
• Paid travel for anything above 30 mins

About the Company:

• Aspecialist plumbing and heating contractor
• Small familybusiness comprising of the office team and 6 engineers
• Works primarily on domestic properties for letting agents and private tenants

Required Skills & Experience:

• Gas safe qualified
• 2 years of experiencein Gasand plumbing
• NVQ in plumbing preferred
• DBS clearance required
• Full UK driving licence
