The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team! If you love working with young people and want to help them succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step in for teachers when they’re away, guiding students through their lessons and keeping them engaged. We are currently recruiting for full-time, part-time and adhoc so do get in touch to discuss options as we really do have something for everyone!

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise Students: Be the friendly face in the classroom, ensuring students are on task and completing their work.

• Deliver Lessons: Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and activities to help students learn.

• Manage Behavior: Create a positive atmosphere by encouraging good behavior and respecting school rules.

• Prepare Resources: Help set up classroom materials to enhance the learning experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: A degree or relevant experience in a similar role is great, but it’s not essential.

• Experience: Have you worked with young people before in any capacity? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

• Skills: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are key.

• Commitment: We want someone dedicated to helping students thrive and who believes in our safeguarding policies.
